We provide quality "ready to cook" seafood batters that include our regular "Conch Fritter Batter" and a "Shrimp & Conch Fritter Batter" combination. Don't worry, there is plenty of conch or shrimp, depending on which one you purchase, in the batter already.There is no need to add any other ingredients.  As our products are delivered or shipped frozen, all you have to do is thaw, fry and enjoy the best fritters you have ever tasted!
